Founded in 2001, the Texas Higher Education Foundation (formerly College for All Texans Foundation) proudly serves as the nonprofit fundraising arm for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (Coordinating Board). Through our work, we strive to dramatically increase higher education access and success for all Texas students. Each year the Coordinating Board recommends to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees priority programs and initiatives that are in need of funding beyond that which the state provides. To date, the Foundation has supported those programs and initiatives by raising over $21 million in donations and pledges.
Today, in keeping with our mission, we are dedicated to ensuring the success of the state’s higher education strategic plan, 60x30TX. Our founding principles of collaboration, equity, and accountability guide us as we partner with ISDs, colleges, universities, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to advance 60x30TX’s bold goals.
