H. Darryl Heath

H. Darryl Heath retired from Accenture, one of the world’s largest technologies consulting and services firms, in September 2015 after a 30-plus-year career. As the Office Managing Director of Accenture’s Dallas location, and a member of Accenture’s North American Leadership Team, Mr. Heath was responsible for over 2,500 employees and $650M in revenue. In addition to leading the DFW office for several years, Mr. Heath also had responsibility during his career for some of Accenture’s largest global client relationships, including PepsiCo, DuPont, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and others. He also held numerous leadership positions in the Accenture Human Performance and Change Management practice and Accenture’s Chemicals and Energy practices. Mr. Heath spent much of his time consulting clients on large change initiatives, overall Information Technology Strategies, and Supply Chain Management challenges and improvements.

Today, Mr. Heath is the Founder and President of Heath Family Investments, which is focused on Technical Startup companies and franchise-related investments.

Mr. Heath is a 1985 graduate of Texas A&M University in Industrial Engineering, and he continues to be involved in a number of organizations at Texas A&M, including the 12th Man Foundation Board of Trustees, the College of Engineering Advisory Board, the Association of Former Students Leadership Council, and the Memorial Student Center.

Mr. Heath is the current executive sponsor of a Digital Transformation Program for The United Way of Dallas, in addition to being a member of the UWD Resource Development Committee. He is also a former member of the Dallas Citizens Council and the Dallas Regional Chamber. In addition, he is a former Board Chairman and member of Junior Achievement of Dallas, and he continues to teach Junior Achievement classes to 4th graders each school year. He received the Junior Achievement National Leadership Award in 2004. Lastly, Mr. Heath also served as President of the Grapevine High School Athletic Booster Club for 6 years, in addition to participating on multiple school district bond committees.
